Can I manage my own account once the service is setup?

Yes! However, many owners prefer ThinkGrids handle everything for them. This way, they can focus on what they do best, run their businesses. Note: Servicing Plans appear in the Pricing section.

What ecommerce and marketplace platforms can I sell my products on?

How do businesses collect monies from online sales?

ThinkGrids never has access to proceeds from a business' online sales. All monies are directlty deposited into a business' account.

What upfront cost does redSkus service require to get started?

The Basic Plan requires client pay the entire cost upfront. The Plus Plan requires a 50% deposit and the remaining once red-sku contract is executed. The Enterprise Plan Requires a 50% deposit. Are there Refunds?

Unfortunatley, No. redSkus' service is very time intensive. For example, the service includes inventory management, account creation on multiple plaforms, payment systems linkage, platform development, photo shoots, and other proceseses to name a few. In short, we take care of everything!

Can I upgrade from one plan to the next when I grow?

Absolutely! Simply upgrade from a Basic to Plus and pay the difference between the two. Upgrading from Plus to Enterpise requires speaking to a ThinkGrids representative.

Are there any online sales fees?

Yes! Companies such as Paypal, Stripe and others charge a credit card processing fee to complete a transaction. These fees are the same as if a business takes a credit card payment at a storefront. Typical fee costs range between 1.9 to 2.9% of the sale. Plus, a $0.10 - $0.30 per transaction fee. * Restrictions and Rules are based on the online payments system selected.

How much should I charge for my products online?

Well, it depends. Should you select to have ThinkGrids build a website, we will provide a typical price range for product (s) in which you are selling. If you select to place your product (s) in the marketplace, ThinkGrids will provide the competitve pricing based on market and consumer purchases. Simply put, we know which products are selling the best and at what price.

How long does it take to get my products online?

Typically, it can take 7-10 business days. If you are having an ecommerce site built, the time could be a bit longer. For example, factor (s) that could slow the process would logo creation, marketing campaign (e.g. Social Media) development, just to name a few.

Are there any guarantees?

Yes, ThinkGrids will execute per contract details. It should be noted, placing products online does not guarantee successul selling. However, executing a marketing strategy, will greatly increase the chances of success. Be sure to ask a Thinkgrids representative about a marketing strategy to jumpstart your success!
