Welcome to Think Grids, LLC and Cr8tive.io (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our content creation service and related platforms, including but not limited to the Cr8tive.io website, mobile applications, and any other services offered by Think Grids,LLC (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Houston, Texas, Harris County, Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Think Grids, LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
